Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ph677.vip, creating an Account, or using any feature or service provided by ph677, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the ph677 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of ph677 and must not create or attempt to create an Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility

Access to ph677 is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are only permitted to register for and use ph677 if all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines as required by PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing ph677 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ph677 or had an Account terminated by ph677 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ph677 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.

ph677 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting documentary evidence, including government-issued identification establishing age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the period requested by ph677 will result in Account suspension pending review.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on ph677, you must register a valid Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid Philippine mobile number, email address, date of birth, and a username and password of your choosing.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. ph677 may require you to reconfirm or update your information at any time.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on ph677. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ph677 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, ph677 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit all associated balances, including any winnings generated through such Accounts.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, ph677 requires satisfactory completion of KYC verification. You must submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document — acceptable forms include a PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS card, Philippine passport, or driver's licence. Documents must be current, legible, and unaltered. ph677 processes KYC submissions within two to five business days in standard circumstances.

ph677 may request additional documents at any time as required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations or internal compliance procedures. Failure to comply with KYC requests within 30 calendar days will result in Account suspension and possible permanent closure.

4.4 Account Non-Transferability

Your ph677 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise made available to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes issued to your registered mobile number.

• You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, including family members or friends.
• You must not record your password in any form that makes it accessible to others.
• You must log out from your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must notify ph677 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

ph677 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Activities conducted through your Account using valid credentials will be attributed to you unless you have reported a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

ph677 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of receipt.

ph677 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party charges levied by your payment provider are your responsibility. ph677 processes deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity on your verified ph677 Account. The minimum withdrawal is ₱100 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within five minutes for fully verified Accounts under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within five to thirty minutes but may take up to one business day in cases requiring additional review.

ph677 reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal for up to five business days where an Account is under review for compliance, security, or responsible gaming reasons. You will be notified of any such delay.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months is considered dormant. ph677 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ₱100 per month to dormant Account balances, provided the Account balance does not fall below zero as a result. ph677 will notify you prior to applying dormancy fees.

Bonuses and Promotions

ph677 offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible registered ph677 accounts that satisfy any stated criteria for the specific promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, game category restrictions, and registration timing.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings attributable to Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and applicable game contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus balances and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering at expiry are forfeited without replacement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless ph677 expressly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in your Wallet at any time. Activation of a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse and Collusion: ph677 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void all associated play where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a bonus has been claimed through abusive, systematic, or collusive methods.
• Modification or Withdrawal: ph677 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not affect bonus balances already credited to player Accounts in good faith.

Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on ph677 is governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of the relevant game.

ph677's RNG-based games operate using certified random number generators, independently audited by third-party testing agencies. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in accredited studios and are subject to physical shuffle and dealing processes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or error that affects the outcome or display of a game, ph677 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the Player's Wallet. ph677 will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph677 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph677 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any of the following:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on ph677, whether under the same or different identities.
• Accessing or using ph677 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, or other technical means to conceal your true location.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to manipulate game outcomes, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or ph677 employees to influence game outcomes or circumvent platform security measures.
• Laundering funds through the ph677 platform in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Making chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests on deposits that have been wagered on ph677.
• Using the platform in any manner that interferes with its normal operation or the experience of other players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to ph677 support immediately.

Where ph677 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all affected bets and transactions, forfeit all associated balances including genuine deposits where commingled with fraudulently obtained funds, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Responsible Gaming

ph677 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the welfare of all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or solving financial difficulties.

ph677 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Account holders, accessible through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total funds deposited into their Account. Limits take immediate effect and may only be increased subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications at pre-set intervals to alert them to the duration of their current gaming session.
• Loss Limit Alerts: Players may set threshold notifications triggered when session net losses reach a defined amount.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion for periods of 30, 60, or 90 days, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and block all game, deposit, and promotional access for the exclusion period.

Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by ph677

ph677 reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, a risk of fraud or money laundering, a compliance requirement pending KYC verification, or any other matter requiring investigation. During a suspension period, access to games and withdrawals may be restricted.

11.2 Termination by ph677

ph677 may permanently close your Account where it determines that a material breach of these Terms has occurred, including any instance of prohibited conduct described in Section 9, or where continued operation of the Account would create regulatory, legal, or reputational risk for ph677. Upon Account closure for breach, ph677 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account, including any genuine deposits commingled with fraudulently obtained funds.

11.3 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ph677 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

Intellectual Property

All content on ph677, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface elements, trademarks, logos, brand names, and text, is the exclusive property of ph677 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ph677 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; use the ph677 brand or trademarks without prior written authorisation; or scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph677, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any gambling losses incurred during normal use of ph677 games.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond ph677's control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance on game information, odds, or promotional materials displayed on the platform.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph677's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy

ph677's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the ph677 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ph677, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph677 — including disputes relating to specific gaming transactions, account actions, or promotional entitlements — shall first be submitted to ph677's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team. ph677 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within three business days and issue a determination within fifteen business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through ph677's internal process, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

ph677 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph677 will provide reasonable notice by posting an update notification on the ph677.vip homepage and, where practicable, sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of ph677 following the effective date of any revision constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using ph677 and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.3.
